Welcome to Studio Peloton. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studio Peloton. Studio Peloton operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) together with all referenced policies describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Studio Peloton is a Netherlands-based business specialising in curated vintage bicycles, parts and accessories. Many of our items are pre-owned, restored or refurbished. By using our Services, you acknowledge the specific nature of vintage goods.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
To access or purchase from our store, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We take great care to describe and photograph our bicycles, parts and accessories accurately. However:
• Colours, finishes and patina may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings.
• Vintage items may display age-related wear, patina or cosmetic imperfections. These do not constitute defects.
• We do not guarantee that the quality, condition or appearance of any product will fully meet your expectations.
Product descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted once Studio Peloton confirms acceptance and receives payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Requests for changes or cancellation may not always be possible once an order is accepted.
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are stated in euros and may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price in effect when your order is placed.
Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes. Some bicycles or goods may be sold under the Dutch VAT margin scheme, where VAT is included but not itemised.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is available within the European Union. Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.
Studio Peloton is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes within the EU or circumstances outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials on the Services, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics and logos, are owned by Studio Peloton or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution or modification of any material without permission is prohibited.
Shopify’s trademarks, logos and content are owned by Shopify and may not be used without their permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools. These are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
Any future features or tools introduced as part of the Services are also subject to these Terms.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites or resources. Studio Peloton is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party sites.
Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk. Any complaints or claims relating to such websites should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Studio Peloton is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Studio Peloton. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Studio Peloton, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Studio Peloton.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data collected through the Services is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to these policies.

Studio Peloton’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any agreements for the provision of Services are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time by posting changes on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
