At Studio Peloton, every bicycle, part and accessory is carefully selected, checked and prepared before it reaches you. Although many of our items are vintage or used, we want your purchase to feel completely safe. For that reason, we offer a 14-day return window and a 2-month functional guarantee for all non-custom products purchased through our website.

These conditions are designed to give you confidence, even when purchasing a unique vintage item.


14-Day Return Policy

If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

The following conditions apply:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
• Use the original packaging if available.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the correct and safe return process.

This policy applies to bicycles, parts and accessories, unless they were built or customised specifically at your request.

Custom Builds

Custom-built bicycles or items modified according to the customer’s specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law (Burgerlijk Wetboek 6:230p).


2-Month Functional Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship and mechanical preparation of every item we sell. Studio Peloton offers a 2-month functional guarantee on all vintage bicycles, parts and accessories purchased through our website.

What the guarantee covers:

• Functional defects that arise under normal and intended use.
• Issues related to material faults or workmanship.
• Solutions tailored to your situation, such as replacement parts, technical support or contributing to repair costs at a reputable local bicycle shop.

Please contact us first so we can determine the most efficient way to resolve your issue.

What is not covered:

Typical exclusions for vintage and used items apply, including:

• Wear-and-tear parts such as tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, bearings, handlebar tape, grips and cables.
• Cosmetic details such as scratches, patina, paint chips or discoloration.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, lack of maintenance or modifications made after delivery.
• Issues resulting from assembly by unqualified mechanics.

Hidden defects that could not reasonably be detected upon delivery remain protected under Dutch consumer law.


How to Start a Return or Guarantee Request

All return and guarantee requests must be submitted in writing.
