GENERAL INFORMATION
This Shipping Policy describes how Studio Peloton handles the shipping and delivery of bicycles, parts and accessories purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Studio Peloton ships exclusively within the European Union.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received.
This timeframe may vary depending on order volume or product type.
Custom-built bicycles or made-to-order repairs may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed in advance if longer preparation is needed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Dutch public holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We use reputable shipping carriers and specialised bicycle couriers for safe and reliable transport.
The carrier used may depend on the size and type of the product, as well as the destination country.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:
• the delivery country
• the size and weight of the package
• the selected shipping method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times for EU shipments are generally between 2 and 7 business days after dispatch.
Transit times may vary depending on the destination, courier performance or external factors such as weather conditions, strikes or seasonal delays.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING OF BICYCLES
Bicycles are shipped in tested bicycle boxes to ensure safe transport.
Customers are responsible for final assembly upon arrival, such as installing handlebars, front wheel, pedals or adjusting cables where necessary.
Incorrect assembly may void guarantee rights. If you are unsure how to assemble the bicycle, we recommend having it completed by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
RISK OF LOSS AND DAMAGE
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging or product must be reported to us within 48 hours at support@studiopeloton.com, including clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit eligibility for compensation.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is significantly delayed or suspected lost, Studio Peloton will start an investigation with the carrier.
A replacement or refund will only be issued once the carrier confirms that the shipment is lost or cannot be delivered.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Studio Peloton is not responsible for delays, additional charges or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
LOCAL TAXES, DUTIES AND RESTRICTIONS
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules or restrictions that may apply to specific bicycle components in their country.
RETURNS RELATED TO SHIPPING
Returns must follow the requirements outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or is required by law.
